• How can we check the availability of the property we have selected?

• At what time should we check in and check out?

  Check in time is between 2:00 and 7:00 pm. You should check out by 10:00 am. Any time changes should be notified on booking. The owner or his agent will be there to welcome you, show you the house and give you all the information you need.

• What should we do if we cannot arrive at the set time?

  You should call the person in charge (you will find the number on the rental voucher) or call our office.

• Is the price per room, per apartment or per person?

  The price indicated is the weekly rate per apartment.

• Is breakfast included in the price?

  No, breakfast service is not provided.

• Are there additional costs to be paid on arrival?

  You are required to pay Euro 150.00 as caution money.

• How is caution money paid? When is it reimbursed?

  It should be paid in cash and will be reimbursed on departure, minus any costs incurred for damages or extra charges.

• Is heating included?

  No.

• Is electricity included?

  Yes.

• Does the property offer access to the disabled?

  Unfortunately it does not.

• What should we do if something breaks or needs to be repaired during our stay?

  You should contact the owner.

• Are there quiet, romantic, intimate rooms?

  Yes, the bedroom is romantic, quiet and intimate.

• Is linen provided?

  Bath and bed linen is provided (changed weekly).

• Is there a parking-place close to the property?

  Free parking outside the San Gimignano town walls. Guarded pay parking.

• Are there shops and supermarkets in the vicinity?

  Supermarket, telephone, bank, ATM, exchange and information office a few metres from the structure.

• Is the apartment located in the historical centre of San Gimignano?

  Yes, in the heart of the historical centre.

• Where is the nearest railway station?

  Poggibonsi (6 Km), Florence (35 Km).

• Where is the nearest airport?

  Florence (45 Km).

• Is there a restaurant on the premises?

  No, but there are numerous restaurants in the town of San Gimignano.

• Which forms of payment are accepted?

  Credit card.

• Are pets allowed?

  Yes.
